Several Area Studies Programs have been awarded federal funding to support FLAS Fellowships. These fellowships assist graduate students in foreign language and area or international studies.
Travel funding for conferences is handled through the Graduate School. Full-time registered students in the Graduate School who have been invited to present papers or posters at professional conferences may apply for grants to help cover expenses related to conference participation (travel, lodging, conference fees, etc.). More information visit the Graduate School travel grants page.
