Rohan Murty

Rohan Murty is a technology entrepreneur. He holds a PhD in computer science from Harvard and a BS from Cornell. His dissertation work on white spaces networking was seminal in opening up a new area of research. Consequently, his work has won awards and fellowships from the ACM, Microsoft Research, Siebel foundation, and the National Science Foundation (USA). In 2012 he was selected as a fellow of Society of Fellows at Harvard. In 2009 he founded the Murty Classical Library of India (MCLI), a not-for-profit initiative at Harvard to translate, publish, and showcase to readers across the world ancient Indian classics from the last two millennia.
