The following information is representative of the opportunities at Cornell, but it is not intended to be exhaustive. Please check with your advisor and academic department for additional international study opportunities.
One of the best ways to add an international focus to a wide variety of majors across campus is to take an international concentration or minor offered through one of the Einaudi Center's many Area Studies, Thematic or Development Programs.
While virtually any undergraduate major at Cornell may incorporate an international study component, the disciplines listed below promote specific programs. Many additional academic and professional degree programs also offer marketable job skills for a global economy. Students from all seven Cornell colleges are eligible to study abroad. Undergraduates who wish to study outside the United States during the academic year-in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, or Oceania-must first apply through Cornell Abroad in order to receive Cornell academic credit.
