SEAP Center for Khmer Studies Summer Internship

The Center for Khmer Studies (CKS) is offering a six-week internship supporting the research of the 2023 Cambodian Junior Fellows, and assisting the CKS Library Team. The student will work to develop ideas for library workshops to expand its digital presence, including exploring open-access websites and recent publications on Southeast Asia for potential inclusion into the CKS Library.

SEAP Kelabit Community Museum Summer Internship

The intern will spend six weeks working with the local highland indigenous Penan community in the village of Bario to curate exhibitions at the Kelabit Community Museum. The intern will work with local community members, in conjunction with on-going projects at IBS-the Institute for Borneo Studies (and ISITI-the Institute of Social Informatics and Technological Innovations) to promote the museum's activities focused on community-based heritage management. Both institutes are based in Kuching at the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).
