Zinab Attai is a first year PhD student in comparative politics in the government department. Her research focuses on state-building, governance, and gender topics in Afghanistan. Prior to starting her PhD, she worked as an International Survey Researcher at D3 Systems. At D3, Zinab managed research projects conducted in a variety of countries including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, South Africa, and Afghanistan (at the Afghan Center for Socioeconomic Opinion Research, D3 subsidiary).
