Assistant Professor, International and Comparative Labor

Desirée LeClercq's research explores the incoherence between international labor law and U.S. trade law and constitutional law. As a 2021–22 Global Public Voices fellow, she plans to draw attention to the implications of unilateral trade sanctions and their impact on vulnerable communities in developing countries.

DLeClercq is the Proskauer Employment and Labor Law Assistant Professor in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
