Maria Rosario Felizco's focus is strengthening equity, resilience, and gender justice.  She has worked with civil society on development, humanitarian, and advocacy programs. As a 2021-22 Global Public Voices fellow, she plans to explore the implications of categorizing the Philippines as a middle-income country, often leading to the masking of deep-seated inequalities in various forms.
