Mark Muhammad

Mark Muhammad is a member of the Nation of Islam, which influences his research. As a 2021–22 Global Public Voices fellow, his focus is on countering the inaccurate portrayals of Black males in America and identifying and analyzing the meaning, nature, successes, and challenges associated with male leadership in the Nation of Islam.

Muhammad is an at-large representative on the Syracuse City Board of Education Commissioners in New York and a Cornell alumnus.
