In his dual role as Under-Secretary of Education as well as Department Chair of a Political Science Department in Cameroon,  Pr Nkot is among the few professionals who regularly cross the boundary between science and policy. Prof. Nkot's lecture on March 16 will recount the many opportunities but also the challenges involved in bridging these two worlds. He will illustrate these difficulties based on his leadership in recent projects to address school-based violence, education under the Covid-19 pandemic, and China-Africa relations in education.
