Sarah Pattison

Associate Director of Academic Programs
Sarah Pattison is the associate director for academic programs at the Einaudi Center. She is a seasoned professional in international higher education with experience developing and managing area and international studies programs.
Serving as a member of the Einaudi Center's senior leadership team, Sarah develops and oversees the entire academic programs portfolio, including signature events and programs, internal grant and fellowship opportunities, international collaborations, and faculty and student programs. As a part of Einaudi's programming, Sarah designs and teaches workshops on global citizenship education, intercultural leadership development, and interdisciplinary research design.
Sarah holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota's Leadership for Intercultural and International Education (LIIE) program. Her research brings a relational perspective to change processes in international higher education. She also earned two master's degrees from St. John's University, one in Global Development and Social Justice and the other in Education (TESOL).
