We at IES are thrilled to announce that our program director, Professor Mabel Berezin, has been named a Distinguished Professor of Arts and Sciences in Sociology, effective July 1, 2022. This honor by the College of Arts and Sciences recognizes Professor Berezin’s intellectual leadership and her contributions to Cornell’s community of scholars, including her direction of our institute.
