Culture and Language Introduction Program
The Einaudi Center’s Culture and Language Introduction Program (CLIP), formerly known as the Foreign Language Introduction Program, has introduced thousands of children in Upstate New York to world languages and cultures.
Multilingual volunteers from Cornell and surrounding communities facilitate language and culture lessons for K–12 students to learn about and engage with our increasingly interconnected world.

Join us to volunteer your language talents in the local community! Native and proficient non-native speakers are welcome. We encourage students, faculty, staff, and community members to volunteer!

In past years, program volunteers have taught in Tagalog, Mandarin, Spanish, Hindi, Quechua, Hebrew, Russian, French, and many other languages.
The program is managed by the South Asia Program and Southeast Asia Program with Title VI funding from the U.S. Department of Education.
